I really enjoyed - great big laughs.
Highly recommend it.
A much tighter storyline with a good mixture of returning characters and original characters.
Also not only does it reference Monty Python but also expands to include Douglas Adam style commentaries on Aliens and the whole Galactic environments.
A brilliant laugh!
The Quest for the Kai is a fantastic follow up to The Secret Lives of Superheroes. It follows in the same veign, with the same high quality of writting and LOL humor. A behind-the-scenes look at a bunch of Marvel superheroes as they tootle across the galaxy, giving the reader a much more personal view of their lives than their 'standard' chronicles provide. The monty pyhton style humor flows freely; there really aren't many books that tickly the funny bone as much, or as often as this. Highly recommended.
